DEATH toll from blast that hit a watering hole in Cagayan de Oro City over the weekend rose to eight on Monday as investigators still remain clueless on the motive of the blast.
Cagayan de Oro City police chief, Senior Supt. Graciano Mijares said that Dr. Marciano Jun Agustin, is the latest fatality from the blast.
The police officiak said Agustin, who died early Monday, succumbs from fatal wounds he sustained from the blast.
