NCRPO CAMP Bagong-Diwa, Taguig City – “Don’t rest, solve the case with resoluteness!”
This was the voiced of command of National Capital Region Police Office Regional Police Director Leonardo A. Espina Thursday morning which PCSupt. Jose Erwin Villacorte must carry on as he was tasked to conduct full investigation of the shooting incident that freshly occurred Wednesday morning along Cementina Dolores Bridge, a viaduct connecting Pasay and Makati in Arnaiz Avenue, Pasay City killing instantly 5 heavily tattooed individuals.
Victims were identified by NCRPO as Andrew Loyd De Jesus Cruz, Chuckie Dee M. Cruz, Raymart C. Saraza, Francisco M. Cruz and Rogelio L. Diala Jr., all were legal age and connected in one lineage residing at 346 Magtibay Street, Pasay City.
Based on an initial report of Pasay Police Station, PO3 Rodolfo Suguiña and PO2 Robinson Alsol received a telephone call from Pasay City General Hospital about the five gun injured patients who were brought by Barangay Officials and relatives for medical treatment.
After receiving the call, personnel of Pasay City Police Station immediately went to the hospital to perform investigation procedures but unfortunately, the attending physician declared all five victims dead on arrival.
According to NCRPO Command Center, The Cruz brothers are temporarily out on bail for a case of possession of illegal drugs and while they were walking along the bridge from a videoke bar when two unidentified men on board a motorcycle along with their cohort repeatedly shot them then swiftly fled towards Libertad Street, Pasay City.
At the crime scene, combined investigating team of Southern Police District SOCO and Pasay City Police Station recovered 18 empty shells from a Caliber 40 bullet.
NCRPO Command Center said PSSupt. Lukban of Makati Police Station and PSSupt. Llorca of Pasay City Police Station now works together to shed a light on the said crime case.
