POLICE have arrested a village security guard who reporteldy shot and killed a teenager early dawn Friday inside a subdivision in Imus City, Cavite, Camp Crame reports said.
Reports at the PNP operations center in Camp Crame identified the suspects as security guard Richard Marto while his victim was identified as Vladimir Teves Jr., 19.
The reports said the incident occurred at around 1:30am Friday inside the Villa Celina Subd., in Imus City, Cavite where the suspect was detailed.
Initial investigation revealed that Marto shot the victim using a 12-gauge shot-gun seriously wounding the teener who was then rushed to a nearby hospital but was declared dead on arrival, reports said.
The reports said Marto was arrested by responding policemen and are now being investigated to determine the motive behind the shooting incident.
